1. Keeping in mind your respective course (HIST 1301 and/or HIST 1302), should statues of historical figures be removed if they were insensitive to a particular group in a given time period? Why/why not? Explain your reasoning.
2. What is the effect of the “cancel culture” actions on History? Is it socially responsible to remove unfavorable or sensitive history?
